FREDERICK, MD – The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) will host a Rusty Pilots seminar at the Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport. The seminar gives pilots a refresher on everything from airspace to flight planning to communication and is free for AOPA members. AOPA estimates there are around 500,000 lapsed pilots and Rusty Pilots seminars have already put 3,500 aviators back in the cockpit.
